Who we are

LogYou Ltd (“LogYou”, “we”, “us”) is an IT and software company based in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@logyou.app.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, message — used only to reply to you.
• Analytics (only with your consent): anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and improve the site.
• App data: data you enter into our apps is stored in the cloud region associated with your account and processed on your instructions.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only load if you click Accept analytics on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Legal basis

We rely on consent for analytics, legitimate interestfor responding to your enquiries, and contract for delivering the services you sign up to.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under written data-processing terms. A current subprocessor list is available on request.

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained per Google’s default (14 months). App data is retained for the life of your account and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to complain to the ICO. Email hello@logyou.app to exercise any of these rights.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update the date above and, where required, notify you.
