Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the LogYou website (log-you.com, logyou.co.uk) and any LogYou apps. By using the site or apps you agree to these terms.

1. The service

LogYou provides cloud-based software and supporting hardware. Most features require an internet connection; some functions work offline and sync when reconnected. We push updates automatically so you always run the current version.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorised to bind any organisation you sign up on behalf of.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — no unlawful, infringing, abusive or high-risk activity, no reverse engineering, no interference with other users.

4. Fees

Paid plans and hardware are billed as described at the point of sale. Free tiers may change with reasonable notice.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of data you put into our apps. We process it under our Privacy Policy and a data-processing agreement where applicable.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

7. Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law LogYou is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
